How to Open/View EML Emails in Regzion EML Viewer Tool?

Step 1 ) Download and install the Regzion EML Converter software to your windows computer.

Step 2 ) From the menubar of the software click the "Select EML File/Folder" button.

Step 3 ) Select a method of import EML files: -

  • Select EML File: - Manually add EML files from folder of your drive.
  • Select EML Folder: - Directly add a folder that containing EML files inside the software. (Imports sub-folders with EML files also).

With choose method, add EML files and click on Next and add EML files into the software.

How to Import EML Emails to Gmail/ Yahoo Mail/ Office365 and IMAP

Step 6 )Make selection of required EML files/folders, press Import into Cloud button and from drop down list choose a cloud import option.

Choose the EML to Office 365 Import cloud import option and apply office365 migration settings.

  • Input the Office365 account email address.
  • Settings for EML to Office365 migration:
    • Input Folder name for migration : - add a new folder with custom name to your Office365 account for storing imported EML emails.
    • Email Filter: - Extracting only required emails from selected EML files by filtering them with Date, From and To fileter options.

Step 8 )

From drop down list of EML to Gmail Import or EML to G-Suite (Google Workspace) select any one

Input the Email Address and App Password of Gmail account, click on the Authenticate Login button and sign in with Gmail.

  • Apply Import settings: -
    • Gmail Folder: - Select a folder from the Gmail account to import EML emails into it.
    • Create New Folder: - Add a new folder with custom name to save added EML emails
  • Mail Filter: - To extract specific emails from EML files, filter the emails based on date, to and from attributes.

Import EML Emails to Yahoo Mail Account

Step 8 )

Select EML to Yahoo Import from cloud import options list.

Add your Yahoo mail account's Email Address and Third-Party App Password and click on Authenticate Login for login with Yahoo Mail.

    Sign in to Yahoo Mail and apply these settings for migration: -
  • Create New Folder: - Input a new folder in Yahoo Mail account with custom name to store imported EML emails.
  • Mail Filter: - Use mail filtering by Date, From or To, for extracting only relevent email from selected EML files.

Step 8 )

From drop down list of cloud import option, select EML to IMAP import.

Enter the needed IMAP account' login details- Email Address, Password, Port, and Host Name.

    Apply the other needed settings: -

  • Select Import option: -
    • IMAP Folder: - Select an existing folder from your IMAP account in which you want to Import EML emails.
    • Create New Folder: - Add a new folder in IMAP account profile to store the imported EML emails.
  • Mail Filter: - Use it to filter and Extract only the emails of the required date from chosen EML files, or extract emails from a specific email address of From or TO header field of emails.

How to Extract Phone Numbers/ Email Address or Attachments from EML files

Step 6 )Click on Extract from the top menubar of the software, and choose an extract option from drop-down menu.

Select the option Extract Phone Number(s) and apply the needed settings for phone number extraction : -

  • Extract Phone Numbers in: - To save extract phone number of EML emails, choose a file type from options- TXT, PDF or CSV.
  • Saving Location: - select a path from your computer to save resulting files.
  • Ignore Duplicate Phone Numbers: - Select this option to prevent copying of phone numbers.
  • Extract Phone Numbers from all Fields: - Select this option to search and extract phone number from both Subject and Message body.
  • Extract Phone Numbers from specific field: - Select "Subject" or "Message Body" to exatract the phone number from one of the fields.
  • Mail Filtering: - Select the date of the emails from which you specifically want to extract the phone numbers and skip extracting phone numbers from others.

  • Settings for attachment extraction
    • Extract all attachment from EML: - Extract attachments from selected EML files and save them either in a (single folder) or in (separate folders) named after the subject of each message.
    • Extract specific file extension attachment: Provide the extension of attachment that you want to extract from EML email specifically.
