Steps to Add EML Files and Open in Regzion EML Email Address Extractor Software
Step 1 ) Download and install Regzion EML Email Address Extractor software on your Windows PC. Once the installation is complete, launch the software.
Step 2 ) Open the software first screen and click on the "Select EML File/Folder" button located in the top menu bar.
Step 3 )Choose your preferred method to load EML files into the software: -
- Select EML File: - Browse to the location of your EML files and select one or multiple files for extraction.
- Select EML Folder: - Add a folder containing multiple EML files, including any subfolders, for batch processing.
After making your selection, click on "Next" to proceed with loading the files into the software.
Step 4 ) When the files are loaded, you can open and preview individual emails within the software interface. This lets you check the content before starting the extraction
Steps to Extract Email Address from EML files via Regzion EML Email Address Extractor
Step 5 ) Choose the specific specific EML folders/items you want to process. Once selected, click on Extract Email Address from the top menu for extraction process.
Step 6 ) Set up the required options for extracting email addresses: -
- Saving Location: - Choose where you want to store the output file containing the extracted email addresses.
- Saving Format: - Pick your preferred file format for saving the extracted email addresses (TXT, HTML, PDF, or CSV).
- Email Filter Criteria: - Select which email field to extract addresses from, such as To, BCC, CC, From, or All.
- Mail Filter: - Optionally, apply a date filter to limit extraction to emails within a specific time range.

Step 6 ) Now configure the settings for handling attachment extraction process: -
- Extract All Attachment from EML file: - Use this option to pull every attachment from the selected EML files, regardless of file type.
- Save Attachment in Single Folder: - Store all extracted attachments in a single destination folder.
- Save Attachment in separate folder by Message Subject: - Automatically create individual folders named as each email's subject and save associated attachments.
- Extract any specific file extension attachment: - Define extensions like .PDF, .JPG, .DOCX, etc., to extract just those attachments from emails.
- Mail Filter (Optional): - Refine your results by setting a date range. Only attachments from emails within the selected timeframe will be extracted.
Step 7 ) After choosing your options, click the Convert to begin extracting attachments from your EML files as per your preferences.
