How to Convert Excel (XLSX/XLS or CSV) to vCard (.vcf) Contact files?
Step 1 ) Download setup/exe file of Regzion Excel to vCard Converter Software.
Step 2 ) Perform its installation and Launch it on your windows-based computer. Open the software and press “Browse Excel file” to add your Excel workbook (XLSX, XLS, XLSM, XLA, or CSV).
Step 3 ) Navigate to the path where you have your Excel file, select the file and click on Open to add it into the software.
Step 4 ) If the Excel file has multiple sheets, then choose the sheet that containing contacts.
Step 5 ) Software will now open Excel file for you and show contact items (same as it appears in MS Excel).
Step 6 Hit on next, and navigate to the contact fields mapping area. (Adjust the fields according your needs).
Step 7) Again, click on Next and visit to the screen of Excel to vCard conversion options, and apply settings:

- Save on Source Location: - By selection of this option, you command the software to save vCard files to the same location from where you have added Excel file.
- Remove Duplicacy: - You can enable it if you don't want repeated contacts in new vCard files. Choose the options first name, last name, and email address to find and eliminate duplicates based on these fields.
Step 8 ) Finally, click on Next button then start the operation to Transfer contacts from Excel to vCard VCF files
