End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or an entity or an organization or company, the "User"), and “REGZION SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED” (the "Software" or the" Program"), and all successor upgrades, revisions, patches, fixes, modifications, copies, additions or maintenance releases of the Software, if any, licensed to you by REGZION SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED (collectively, the "Updates"), related user documentation and explanatory materials or files provided in written, "online" or electronic form (the "Documentation" and together with the Software and Updates, the "PRODUCT" or the "Distribution Package").
You should carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before downloading, installing, or using REGZION SOFTWARE products. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this license, do not copy, download, install, or distribute the software.
Your use of the product is subject to compliance with the terms of this agreement. If you have an unused package of the software without utilizing the activation/serial keys, you may return the complete package within 15 days of using the trial version after purchasing the full version and demand for refunds of your payment.
The terms and conditions of this license agreement detail the eligible and permitted use of the software under each licensed copy.
All rights to the software, whether explicitly stated or implied in this license, are reserved by REGZION SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not make the software available on a network or provide access to multiple users unless you have purchased a multi-user license from REGZION SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED. The software and any accompanying documentation included in the distribution package are protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
Any unauthorized use of the product will result in the immediate and automatic termination of this license and may lead to criminal and/or civil prosecution. Your possession, installation, or use of the product does not grant you ownership of its intellectual property, nor do you acquire any rights to the product except as expressly stated in this agreement.
All content, including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, and documentation, provided by REGZION SOFTWARE PVT LTD is protected by national and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any copyrighted material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
The software and its related materials are licensed, not sold. This means users are granted specific rights under the license agreement, but ownership of the intellectual property remains with REGZION SOFTWARE PVT LTD. Any violation of these copyright terms may result in legal action, including civil and/or criminal penalties.
REGZION SOFTWARE PVT LTD grants you a non-exclusive license to use the software and any associated documentation ("THE SOFTWARE") as specified in this agreement.
If you have purchased a Single User License, you may install and use one copy of the software on a single computer for internal use only. The software is considered "in use" on a computer once it has been installed.
If you have purchased a Multiple User License (by specifying multiple copies of the software at the time of purchase), you may install and use the software on the authorized number of computers for internal purposes only, as per the terms of your purchase.
To use the Software, you must complete the activation process as specified in this End User License Agreement (EULA). Activation is required to verify the authenticity of your license and prevent unauthorized use. A valid license key must be entered during installation or upon first use, and the software may periodically require reactivation. The license is non-transferable, and activation on multiple devices beyond the permitted limit is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to bypass, modify, or disable the activation mechanism may result in the termination of this license and legal consequences.
REGZION SOFTWARE PVT LTD products are protected under intellectual property laws, and any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Users are not permitted to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software. Additionally, sharing, distributing, sublicensing, or reselling the software without prior written authorization from Regzion Software Private Limited is forbidden. The software must not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, data theft, or any actions that violate third-party rights. Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in immediate license termination, legal action, and loss of access to updates and technical support.
REGZION SOFTWARE PVT LTD does not guarantee that the software is error-free.
REGZION SOFTWARE PVT LTD disclaims all other warranties related to the software, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
The program licensed to you is completely legal, and you may use it only if you are the legal owner of the files or data you intend to recover using our software, or if you have explicit permission from the legitimate owner to do so. Any unauthorized or illegal use of our software is solely your responsibility.
By using this software, you confirm that you have the legal right to access all data, information, and files that may have been hidden. Additionally, you affirm that any recovered data, passwords, or files will not be used for illegal purposes.
Please note that attempting to recover passwords or decrypt data from unauthorized or illegally obtained files may be considered theft or another wrongful act, potentially leading to civil and/or criminal prosecution.
The effect of this License Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate the License Agreement by destroying the software along with all copies of it. This License Agreement will also terminate if you fail to comply with any of the terms or conditions outlined in the agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the software and all copies of it.
