Steps to Open MSG file in Regzion MSG Converter Software

Step 1 ) Perform the download and installaion process of Regzion MSG Converter software on your windows-based machine.

Step 2 ) Click on the button "Select MSG File/Folder" from top menubar of the software.

Step 3 ) Select a method inserting MSG for conversion: -

  • Select MSG File: - Add single or multiple MSG files from a folder of your drive.
  • Select MSG Folder: - Insert a complete folder with its inner folder those containing MSG files.

Press the Next button and load the Imported MSG files into the software.

Steps to Import Outlook MSG to Gmail/ Yahoo Mail/ Office365 and IMAP

Step 6 )Perform selection of needed MSG folder/items and click on Import into Cloud button from top menubar, then from the drop-down list of choose a cloud import option.

Step 8 )

Choose the cloud import option MSG to Office 365 Import and follow other settings in next screen.

  • Add your Office365 account's email address.
