Steps to Configure VFEmail.net in Third-Party Email Clients

Step 1: Open Your Preferred Email Application

To begin configuring your VFEmail.net account, launch the program you wish to use, such as Regzion Software, Thunderbird, Outlook, or Apple Mail.

Step 2: Use Your VFEmail Login Credentials

Within your email application's account setup area, provide your VFEmail credentials as follows:

Email Address: Your full VFEmail address, such as you@vfemail.net
Password: Your current VFEmail account password

Step 3: Enter VFEmail IMAP and SMTP Settings

To establish a successful connection, apply the following secure server configuration settings in your email program:

IMAP Server: imap.vfemail.net
IMAP Port: 993
IMAP Encryption: SSL/TLS
SMTP Server: mail.vfemail.net
SMTP Port: 465 (or 587 with STARTTLS)
