Step 1: - Open Your Preferred Email App

Begin by launching the email application that you are planning to use with apps like : -

Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Regzion Software, and any app that supports IMAP and SMTP.


Step 2: - Enter Your Account Information

  • Email Address: Input your full Purelymail email address (e.g. you@yourdomain.com)

Step 3: - Configure Incoming and Outgoing Servers

  • IMAP Server: imap.purelymail.com
  • IMAP Port: 993 (SSL/TLS)
  • SMTP Server: smtp.purelymail.com
  • SMTP Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS)
  • Encryption: Use SSL/TLS or STARTTLS for both IMAP and SMTP
