Steps to Add PolarisMail Account in Third-Party Apps

Step 1: Open Your Preferred Email App

Launch the software where you'd like to connect your PolarisMail account:

  • This includes Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, Regzion Software, or any app that supports IMAP.

Step 2: Enter Your PolarisMail Account's Credentials

Input your account login details exactly as shown below:

  • Email Address: yourname@yourdomain.com
  • Password: Your PolarisMail account password

Step 3: Configure IMAP and SMTP Server Details

Use the following mail server settings to connect successfully:

  • Incoming (IMAP) Server: imap.emailarray.com
  • IMAP Port: 993
  • IMAP Security: SSL/TLS
  • Outgoing (SMTP) Server: smtp.emailarray.com
  • SMTP Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS)
  • SMTP Security: SSL/TLS or STARTTLS
  • Username (for both): yourname@yourdomain.com

Step 4: Finalize and Test the Connection

After entering all values, click "Save", "Connect", or other option, depending on your app. The application should now validate your settings and sync your PolarisMail inbox and folders.
