Set up "Kolab Now" for Email Clients & Regzion Software

You can connect your Kolab Now account directly to any email client or Regzion software using your original email address and password. No special app password or IMAP enabling is required.

Login with Kolab Now account in third party apps

Launch the app in which you want to login Kolab Now account (Regzion software).

Enter the following Kolab Now account details into the software:

Email Address: Your Kolab Now email address
Password: Your main Kolab Now account password
IMAP Server: imap.kolabnow.com
IMAP Port: 993
Encryption: SSL/TLS

Click on Login or Authenticate to connect your account.

5 )

Once connected, proceed with your email tasks as needed.

Note: Kolab Now allows direct access using your account credentials. If you face any issues, ensure your credentials are correct and that your Kolab Now plan includes IMAP access (default in most cases).
