1) Open Your Email Client or Regzion Software

To begin, launch the email application or Regzion software where you'd like to add your IONOS account.

2) Input Your IONOS Email Credentials

Fill in the following details in the appropriate fields:

  • Email Address: Your full IONOS email address (e.g., youremail@yourdomain.com)
  • Password: The password associated with your IONOS email account (the same one used to access your IONOS webmail)
  • IMAP Server: imap.ionos.com
  • IMAP Port: 993
  • Encryption: SSL/TLS (This is the recommended security standard)
