Stage 1: Open Thunderbird Email files in Regzion Thunderbird Extractor Tool

Step 1 ) Download Regzion Thunderbird Email Address Extractor software's .exe file and install the software on your Windows system.

Step 2 )Open the software and from the home screen, click on the "Add File / Folder" button from the menu bar..

Step 3 ) Select your preferred method to import Thunderbird email files: -

Select MBOX File: - Add a single MBOX file manually from your Thunderbird directory.
Select MBOX Folder: - Choose an entire folder that contains multiple MBOX files. This also supports loading nested folders automatically.
Auto Load Thunderbird Profie: - Let the software automatically detect and load all email folders from your default Thunderbird profile.

After selecting your files or folders, click Next to load the data into the extractor tool.

Step 4 ) The software will display a preview of the emails. From there, choose the specific folders you want to use for extracting email addresses or other elements.

Step 5 ) Select the Thunderbird folders or MBOX files you want to extract email addresses from. Then, click the Extract Email Address(s) button located in the menu bar.

After clicking the extraction button, you'll be directed to a new screen where you can configure the extraction settings.

Saving Location: - Choose a folder on your computer where the extracted email addresses will be saved.
Saving Options: - Pick the file format for the output. You can export email addresses in TXT, HTML, PDF, or CSV format.
Email Filter Criteria: - Specify which part of the email to extract addresses from - options include To, From, CC, BCC, Email Body, or All Fields.
Mail Filter (Optional): - To extract addresses only from emails of a specific period, enable this filter and select a start and end date

Step 7 ) Once everything is set, click the Convert button to begin the extraction. The tool will pull email addresses from the selected Thunderbird emails and save them in your chosen format

Extract Phone Numbers from Thunderbird Email Files

Step 5 ) Choose the required folder or MBOX file containing Thunderbird emails. Next, click on Extract Phone Number(s) from the menu bar at the top of the software interface.

Configure the phone number extraction settings on the next screen :

Extract Phone Numbers in: - Choose the file type in which you want to save the extracted phone numbers. The available options are TXT, CSV, or PDF
Saving Location: - Select the destination folder where the extracted phone numbers will be stored.
Ignore Duplicate Phone Numbers: - Enable this option to prevent duplicate phone numbers from being extracted or copied.
Extract Phone Numbers from all Fields: Choose to extract phone numbers from both the Email Message Body and Subject.
Extract Phone Numbers from specific field: - You can choose to extract phone numbers from only one of these sections: Message Body or Message Header (Subject).
Mail Filtering (optional): - If you need to extract phone numbers from emails within a specific date range, enable this filter and specify the start and end date

Step 7 ) After configuring the settings, click the Convert button to start extracting phone numbers from Thunderbird emails. The phone numbers will be saved in your selected format (TXT, CSV, or PDF).

Extract Attachments from Thunderbird Email files

Step 5 ) Select the desired folder or MBOX file containing your Thunderbird emails. Then, click on the Extract Attachment(s) button located in the menu bar at the top of the software.

In the next screen, apply the necessary settings for extracting attachments:

Extract Attachment Folder-Wise: - Save attachments in folders named as each MBOX file.
Extract Attachment Message-Wise: Organize attachments into folders based on the each email subject.

Predefined File Extension: - Select from a list of predefined file extensions to extract specific types of attachments.
Custom File Extension: Manually enter the file extension of the attachment type you want to extract.

Filter Email: - Choose to filter emails by a specific date range and extract attachments only from emails of that chosen period.
Saving Location: - Select a folder on your computer to store the extracted attachments.

Step 7 ) Once the settings are configured, click the Convert button to begin the extraction of email attachments from the Thunderbird email files.
