Step 1 : Open MBOX Files in Regzion MBOX Email Address Extractor Tool

1 ) Download the exe file of Regzion MBOX Email Address Exrtactor Software and install it on a Windows PC.

Step 2 ) Launch the software and from the first screen, press the "Add File / Folder" button (From menubar).

Step 3 ) Select a method for adding MBOX files: -

Select MBOX File: - Insert one MBOX file at a time. (Extract email address from one MBOX file only)
Select MBOX Folder: - For selection of a folder with multiple MBOX Files. (Including sub-folders).
Auto Load Thunderbird Profie: - Automatically load all mail folders from Thunderbird profiles.

Insert the MBOX files, and hit on Next to load them into the software.

Step 4 ) From import MBOX files, read emails and choose required folders for extraction process.

Step 2 : Extract MBOX Email Attachment / Phone Numbers & Email Address

Step 6 ) Make selection of needed MBOX/mail folders, and from menubar click on the buttons.

Extract Email Addresses: - For extracting email addresses from MBOX emails.
Extract Phone Numbers: - For extraction of Phone numbers from MBOX emails.
Extract Attachments: - To extract attachments from MBOX emails.

Step 8 )

Click on the Extract Email Address(s) button from the menubar and then apply these settings in next screen.

Saving Location: - Specify a path from your local drive to store the new generated by the software.
Saving Options: - Choose a file type in which you want to preserve the email addresses from options- TXT, HTML, PDF, and CSV.
Email Filter Criteria: - Choose field of email from which you want to collect email addresses specifically (To, CC, BCC, From, Email Body, or All).
Mail Filter: - Enable this option and specify a start and an end date. Select the date range and extract email addresses from email of specifed dates only.

Step 9 ) Hit the Convert button and start extracting email addresses from MBOX file's emails and save them in TXT, HTML, PDF, or CSV file.

Extract Phone Numbers from MBOX Emails

Step 8 )

Click on
"Extract Phone Number(s)" from menubar available on the top of the software.

Arrangement for Phone Number Extraction

Extract Phone Numbers in: - Select a file type for storing phone numbers of MBOX emails. Available options is TXT, CSV and PDF.
Saving Location: - Select the place for storing the file containing phone numbers.
Ignore Duplicate Phone Numbers: - Enable this option to stop copying the same phone numbers.
Extract Phone Numbers from all Fields: Extract phone numbers from both Message Body and Subject.
Extract Phone Numbers from specific field: - Choose any one of these section of email for extraction of phone numbers - Message Body or Message Header (Subject)
Mail Filtering: - Select a date range to extract phone numbers from emails of that period.

Step 9 ) Lastly, hit on Convert button and start extracting phone numbers from MBOX emails to TXT, PDF, or CSV files.

Step 8 )

From the top menu bar, hit the Extract Attachment(s) button.

Apply the Attachment Extraction settings

Extract Attachment Folder-Wise: - Saves attachments in folders named after each MBOX file.
Extract Attachment Message-Wise: Organizes attachments into folders based on email subject.

Predefined File Extension: - Choose from a predefined list of file extensions to extract specific attachments from MBOX emails.
Custom File Extension: Manully input the file extension of attachment that you want to extract specifically.

Filter Email: - Filter emails based on a specific date range from MBOX files for attachemt extension.
Saving Location: - Choose a custom location from your hard drive to save the extracted attachments.

Step 9 ) Press the Convert button and start the MBOX Email Attachment Extraction.
