How to Add and Open MSG Files in Regzion MSG Email Address Extractor -
Step 1 ) First, download and install Regzion MSG Email Address Extractor software on your Windows system. Once installed, open the application to begin.
Step 2 ) On the software's main interface, locate and click the "Select MSG File/Folder" button in the toolbar. This will allow you to import your MSG files for extraction.
Step 3 )Choose your MSG Import Method (You have two options to load MSG files): -
- Select MSG File: - open a location from your computer and choose one or multiple MSG files for extraction.
- Select MSG Folder: - Pick an entire folder containing MSG files (including subfolders) for bulk processing.
After selecting your preferred option, click "Next" to load the files into the software.
Step 4 ) Once the files are loaded, you can preview individual Outlook emails, contact, calendar or from MSG files within the software.

Steps to Extract Email Addresses from Outlook MSG Files
Step 5 ) Choose the MSG files or folders you want to process. After selection, press Extract Email Address from the top menu bar.
Step 6 ) Configure your extraction preferences: -
- Saving Location: - Choose where to save the files holding extracted email addresses.
- Saving Format: - Select an output format (TXT, HTML, PDF, or CSV).
- Email Filter Criteria: - Pick fields from which to extract email addresses: To, BCC, CC, From, or All.
- Mail Filter: - Filter emails by date range if needed. (Select dates of MSG file's emails from which you want to extract email address)
Step 7 ) After adjusting the settings, click Convert to extract email addresses from your selected MSG files.

Step 5 ) After loading your MSG files into the software, make selection of the messages or MSG folders containing attachments. Click the Extract Email Attachments button from the toolbar to begin the process.
Step 6 ) Customize how you want to handle attachments with these options: -
- Extract All Attachment from MSG file: - Extract every file attachment from selected MSG messages.
- Save Attachment in Single Folder: - Save all extracted files to one destination folder.
- Save Attachment in separate folder by Message Subject: - Create separate folders for each message and store attachments accordingly.
- Extract any specific file extension attachment: - Specify particular extensions (.PDF, .XLSX, .ZIP, etc.) to extract attachment of only those file types.
- Mail Filter (Optional): - Limit extraction to attachments from emails within a specific date range.
Step 7 ) Once you've configured your preferences, click on Convert to begin saving attachments from your MSG files according to your selected parameters.
