How to Add and Open EMLX Files in Regzion EMLX Email Address Extractor Software
Step 1 ) Begin by downloading and installing Regzion EMLX Email Address Extractor software on your Windows system. Once the setup process is complete, launch the software to get started.
Step 2 ) On the starting screen of the software, click the "Select EMLX File/Folder" button located on the top toolbar.
Step 3 )Choose how you want to import your EMLX files into the software: -
- Select EMLX File: - Navigate to the folder where your EMLX files are stored and select one or more files for processing.
- Select EMLX Folder: - Load an entire folder that contains multiple EMLX files. Also supports subfolders for batch extraction.
Once you've selected your preferred option, click on "Next" to load the files into the software.
Step 4 ) After the EMLX files are loaded, you can browse and preview each email directly in the software.
This feature lets you view the emails from EMLX files before proceeding with the email address or attachment extraction process.
How to Extract Email Addresses from EMLX File by Regzion Software?
Step 5 ) Select the EMLX folders or individual email items and press Extract Email Address button located in the top navigation bar.
Step 6 ) Configure the extraction preferences to suit your needs: -
- Saving Location: - Specify the location on your system where the resulting files with extracted email addresses will be saved.
- Saving Format: - Choose the file format in which you want to save the email address results - options include TXT, HTML, CSV, and PDF.
- Email Filter Criteria: - Decide which part of the email to extract addresses from - choose from To, From, CC, BCC, Email Body, or Select All for complete field selection.
- Mail Filter (Optional): - Limit your extraction to a specific date range by applying a date filter.
Step 7 ) Once all options are set, hit the Convert button to start the email address extraction process.
The software will scan the selected EMLX files and export email addresses based on your chosen filters and format.
How to Extract Attachments from EMLX Files using Regzion Software?
Step 5 ) Once your EMLX files are loaded into the software, select the specific folders or email messages you want to process. Then, click the Extract Email Attachments button from the available option in top menubar.
Step 6 ) Customize your attachment extraction preferences with the following options: -
- Extract All Attachment from EMLX file: - Extract every attachment from selected EMLX emails, regardless of type or format.
- Save Attachment in Single Folder: - Preserve all extracted files into a single destination folder.
- Save Attachment in separate folder by Message Subject: - Automatically create separate folders named by subject line of each email, and save attachments accordingly.
- Extract any specific file extension attachment: - Choose the option to extract only certain file extensions like .PDF, .DOCX, .JPG, etc.
- Mail Filter (Optional): - Limit extraction to attachments found in emails sent or received within a specific date range.
Step 7 ) After finalizing your preferences, click the Convert button to start EMLX email attachment extraction process.
